Title and Survey Authority base fee increases
Effective April 1, 2007, the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) is
increasing its base fees for a number of services. The largest fee increases
are for Parcel Designations and Plan Confirmations, which increases to $310
from $300 and Mineral Tenure Act Plans, which increases to $104 with a fee
minimum of $520 from $100 with a fee minimum of $500. The other LTSA services
with fee increases are nominal, ranging from a few cents to 45 cents per
service.
